Cancellation Policy
I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will also be charged 50%.
Clients who are more than 15 minutes late without notice will automatically be considered a no-show and will be subject to the 50% no-show fee.
